1.5 Servo head and tail positioner (KLTLZW-1000)
The servo positioner is an auxiliary equipment for industrial robot welding, cutting, engraving, grinding, spraying, etc. It is suitable for the processing of complex workpieces, so that the products to be welded reach the processing position and processing speed.
The positioner rotation adopts absolute value servo motor and high-precision RV reducer, which has high rotation precision, accurate positioning and strong carrying capacity.
By configuring and installing different types of servo motors (synchronous or asynchronous), the robot teaching controller or external operation box can remotely operate the positioner.
The single-axis servo positioner mainly consists of an integral fixed seat, a rotary spindle box and a tailstock box, a welded mounting frame, a servo motor, a precision RV reducer, a conductive device, a protective cover and an electrical controller system. By flipping or rotating the angle of the table, the angle welding and assembly angle required for the welded product are achieved. The table rotation is controlled by the servo motor, and the ideal welding speed can be obtained.

1.5 Robot walking track
Robot servo travel track (KLTXZ-6000)
Features:
1. In order to increase the working range of the robot and solve the shortcomings of limited working range due to the limited reach of the robot body, our company specially designed the robot walking track.
2. The robotic servo travel track manufactured by our company mainly consists of integral fixed base, servo power unit, power transmission mechanism, guiding mechanism, robot mounting guide rail, protection mechanism, limit mechanism and walking attachment.
3. The whole base of the robot walking track is welded by high-strength steel and steel. After the post-annealing treatment and professional mechanical processing, it can ensure the stability and high precision of its long-term use. The track walking adopts well-known brand servo motors at home and abroad. (Customer servo motor can be customized according to customer's requirements) with high-precision planetary reducer (Japan Xinbao reducer) as the power mechanism.
4. The transmission part consists of high-precision rack and pinion (helical tooth) and high-precision linear guide rail, which ensures the smooth running of the robot and the high precision of positioning.
5, In order to ensure the safety of the robot walking, a hard limit is added at the extreme positions of the two ends of the robot walking track to protect.
